The Surdel Thunder U16 SB girls team won their semi-final interdistrict cup game on December 16, coached by Mark Goltz and Gord Campbell. All 4 goals were scored by Amanda Anderson and assisted by Erica Mah, Gina Sal, Erin Hashimoto. All girls played unbelievably well and played above and beyond what was expected of them. The team will be playing in the interdistrict cup finals on April 6. The final goal was 4-1 for the Thunder. Oh, and did we say that there was some GREAT goaltending by Aalia Kassam.
