Ladies & Gentlemen!
It is my pleasure to extend an invitation for your teams to enter the 2008 Pitt Meadows Labour Day Youth Soccer Tournament, taking place August 30-September 1.
This annual event is open to boys and girls teams in the under-11 up to
under-18 divisions (Boys Gold, Silver, Bronze, House/Girls Gold, Silver A & B). The entry fee for this year's tournament is $350.00 per team.
If recent successes are any indication, we will generate lots of entries and will likely have to turn some teams away because we do not have enough field space, or because we cannot provide viable loops for teams to play in. We have already received a dozen entries and are starting to get numerous telephone and email inquiries about the event.
To ensure your teams have a berth in the tournament, early registration is advised.
I am pleased to attach a one-page flyer and entry form which you can simply complete and mail in or drop-off at First Touch Soccer in Pitt Meadows, with the entry fee.
Your assistance in informing your teams of this event is, as always, gratefully received.
